Shipping

How we ship

We ship across Indonesia with J&T Express (EZ) or JNE (Reguler): you choose at checkout. Orders paid before 17:00 WIB leave our studio the same business day; later orders leave the next business day.

Every order gets 25% off shipping, up to Rp 20.000, with no minimum order. The discount is already taken off the shipping price you see at checkout.

Business days after your parcel leaves the studio:

Central Java, Yogyakarta

1–2 days

East Java, West Java, Jakarta, Banten

2–3 days

Bali, Lampung, South Sumatra

3–4 days

Rest of Sumatra, West Nusa Tenggara

3–5 days

Kalimantan, Sulawesi

4–6 days

East Nusa Tenggara, Maluku

5–8 days

Papua

6–10 days

Times are J&T's usual estimates; checkout shows the estimate for each courier to your address. They can be longer around holidays.

Tracking your order

Once the courier picks up your parcel, the tracking number appears on your order and we email it to you. Follow every step in My Orders.
